ReefBlueHatch's Progress Thread

Your car looks really awesome - ola - especially w/those Pony R's - I'm surprised you didn't go Chrome Pony R's - I think they 'make' them - anyway - looks great - Your really making me "lean" towards painting my coupe reef blue...:).....it was the "IT" color w/the black interior - back in the day - I used to be able to go to the showroom and see them new..............:leaving:

Here's the progress on the rear disc swap. Either though this is swap straight forward, it has been a huge PITA!

Finally finished up the disc swap, just need to do the e-brake stuff. The brakes do not seem very powerful and the pedal is pretty stiff; I might try to re-bleed to see if there is more air.

And here's something I've been putting off for years. A PO replaced the hatch with a black one off a 87-89 car. When the car was repainted, no one "cut-in" the underside of the hatch. They never even bothered to unplug the harness, just cut the wires! I tracked down a NOS 92-93 wire harness from the inner quarter to the hatch. Then I found a 92-93 license light harness on ebay. So now I'll have license lights and a working cargo light. I still need to find a hatch lock actuator. I broke out all the cracked seam sealer and am putting POR15 over it and then spraying base and clear on the underside.
