Ive been having this problem ever since i put the heads cam and intake on. When i just rev the engine sometimes, as the revs come down it stalls. It also happens when i slam on the brakes real hard stopping quickly. I have no vacuum leaks, i checked that over very carefully. Timing is a 16* and fuel pressure is at 42psi. Spark plug gap is .042''. The cam is was timed straight up when i put in. I still have the stock injectors with a mass air calibrated for them. I'm confused. Other than that the car runs fine.
thanks

how is your IAC doing? been cleaned lately? dont think it can be quantifiably tested except with a dwell meter.
that is my best guess.
good luck.

Tom, since you mention that mashing the brakes causes/exacerbates the problem, that still sounds like a vac leak to me.
sorry i dont have any better ideas.
