rodent in engine bay. HELP

i hear ya wiht having mouse problems...:nonono: last time i fired it up i saw a couple of them run off, i just laced teh thing with moth balls, ive also heard that dryer sheets work decent as well... not for killing them but just as a repellant. but in my case they just chewed on the dryer sheets and now my car will smell like moth balls all summer

At the power plant I used to work at, we had mouse problems in the substation switchgear. Next time your power goes, it could very well be a mouse chewing through control wiring!

We used sonic devices with great success. If you have pets this may not be an option as it will drive them crazy.

i seen those sonic devices at walmart this weekend. $5

i may try it for that.

for now, i have havoc under the hood along with moth balls. also put some ivory soap in a cup under the hood, inside the car and in the trunk (KBcobra95 claims good luck with this)
