I have wondered how the Roushchargers do on the new S197's since it is also an M90. I have read about some people using m90's from supercoupes custom mounted on 5.0L engines, but only at very low pressure.
My kit uses the same GEN III Eaton M90 that the '94-'95 Supercoupe came equipped with. Makes enough power to run my 4,000lb+ Merc well into the mid/high-12's. As unimpressive as that may sound to some, it's certainly a site to behold when a glorified "real estate salesman/senior citizens" luxobarge is able to run door to door with an '03-'04 Cobra.
And for the record, the Roush 427R, Roush Stage III and Roush "Drag Pak" Mustangs all utilize an Eaton MP90 and the slowest one of the bunch runs 12.7's. MM&FF got the Drag Pak Roush into the 11's, so the potential is certainly there.
