Sorry, but those wheels will simply not fit on your car. You want to put a 9" rim on the front with only a +24 offset!? Here is some simple math: from the Fox factory standard, (with a 7" rim and a +24 offset) you will have 25mm less clearance to the inside, and your 9" wheel will extend and extra 25mm to the outside. Basically, you are making up the 2" or 50mm difference with 1/2 to the inside and 1/2 to the outside, it will not work. Now take into account your 98 SN95spindle, which
adds 13mm in track width. You have to subtract this added track width from your (already not enough offset) of +24.
In essence, this is what you are trying to do run a wheel which is 2" wider and has only a functional offset of +11. This spindle setup will give you 12mm less clearance on the inside (from Fox measurements) and will extend and extra 38mm (!!!) from the original wheel placement.
The only way you can get any 9" to work, is to use the 94-95 spindle (+5mm in track width) and a
different wheel with more offset, something +35 or greater.
I am not even factoring in you K-member and A- arms, I am *guessing* that those add track width as well, which you cannot afford to add.
Bottom line, with that setup, you need different wheels, sorry.
