We haven't tackled that yet. Still need to order the voltage regulator for the cluster. We Ned to drive the car since the last repairs and see if it still has an issue. Engine sealing and clean up is scheduled and some cleaning and painting of some stuff under the car.

Scarlet got a fuel level sender installed for Christmas.

There is just about 3/4 of a tank of fuel in there and the gauge now reads about the same. Yall have no idea how worried she was about running out of gas.

This is her following Dusty last week. If you look real close in the mirror you can see Scarlet putting along back there.

Wow…. You dropped it with 3/4 full?
I guess the lift makes that a little easier.

We used a work table to sit under the tank while removing. Just raised the car up and wiggle wiggle wiggle. Same going back in, just drop it and wiggle wiggle wiggle.

Much easier than laying on your back, and trying to balance it in a jack, like I did mine. Lol.

Hay New Year, folks !

Ignition switch isn't installed but it is in her hands. @Noobz347 . Been really busy with family stuff. Hopefully it'll slow down after January.

@Noobz347 She got that switch installed finally. Even took out the theft proof break off screws.

That rusty Irwin stripped bolt remover did the trick.

The original switch was separated but luckily none of the wires or pins were over heated.

With that stuff done she moved on to the AC switch covers. Easy peezy

Next up were the seat belt covers.

I don't think she was too happy with me shoving the camera in her face. It was Easter and we had a lot going on. There's still a bunch going on....thats why I'm posting for her. I painted the rear hatch a couple weeks ago. Turned out OK. She goes at her own pace. I've learned not to rush her or bad things will happen.

That's a really nice little car. I would give anything for another 4-eye.

How come I didn't get an alert for this??? Who's running this hole anyway?

It's been so long, was it a starting or running issue that we thought might be involved with the ignition switch?

It was a gauge cluster issue. Sometimes it would glitch and the car would start idling funny. I found that if I messed with the key it would correct itself. It was months ago.

Car is sitting in the garage. She hasn't touched Scarlet in a long time. I think she's lost interest. There are a bunch of new parts to be installed. Come on Heather get to it !
