could someone take me through a step by step in removing the front two seats in a fox body and putting them back in? i need to take them out to clean the interior and im not quite sure how to go about it. thanks.

get a ratchet and socket (unsure of size) and remove the 4 bolt/nuts that hold them in place on the floor. check for electrical connections (if you have lumbar) before you yank them out. when i remove them i move them front to get the back hardware out. the seat tracks come out with the seats.

Yeah, it's really easy. There are also those plastic covers that cover up the bolts, but they just flip up out of the way. Two nuts up front, two bolts in the rear, then electrical connectors for lumbar (pulls apart), and out they come.
Taking the seats out is the best way to do some of those hard-to-reach under-dash type things too.... like clutch quadrant, brake switch, etc. :nice:
