Everything arrived in great condition. I did discover my VR sensor is in conflict with the tensioner. Guess that’s what I get for making the bracket before I had the parts. Oh well, I reclocked the trigger wheel and will adapt the bracket to move the sensor down.

Made some good progress. A few things had to be figured out but no big deal. Looks like possibly the bosses on my water pump are slightly different than Steve’s. Trimmed up a spacer and was good to go. I also had to reclock the trigger wheel and mod the mount because it was too close to the tensioner. Intake is torqued down. Blower snugged but not completely tight yet. Front dress is nearly done. Still need to add idler to the right of blower and measure for a belt.

Little bit of progress today. Need to extend the air temp sensor plug and maybe another one. Injectors and rails are in. Pulleys are done and aligned. Blower down tight. I think I’ll be ready to start it tomorrow, we’ll see... now I’m off to the wineries.

few things going on. First thing is the 64bit tuning trigger wheel is a bit sloppy on their hub so i had to fix that. Was having some weird miss or lean spot off idle. I believe we're finally closing in on this problem. It wanted more fuel! was hard to see on the DL since the pop increased map and wasn't showing me where the fuel was needed. once i held the pedal steady off idle where it was rough i added fuel to smooth it out and it seemed to work. under load and boost it holds steady but during cruise i'm getting random lean spikes. Oh...I ditched the stock pulley and put on the bronco pulley so shes now getting 8.5 lbs of forced feedings. I'm a bit annoyed about the trigger wheel and hub, i will send them an email about this since i had a sensor strike because it was off so much.

Nothing super new to update. Still working on the tune and have decided to go ahead and get everything I need to spray meth. Definitely need to bring down MAT. I feel I’m leaving all kinds of power on the table as timing is pulled back when MAT increases with boost. I’m gonna mount the reservoir and pump in the back so I don’t have to relocate battery and can use a 2.5gal reservoir.

Went for a quick drive while doing meth... car seems to never run outta power! Datalog shows still slightly rich under boost. I’ll look over it some more at “work” still got an afr that spikes at cruise/low kpa, it’s not felt while driving etc. still thinking maybe air getting sucked in at the collector maybe.

What intake temps are you seeing now, but also before temps?

Also, what size nozzle are you running or are you running more than one with a PWM solenoid?

Adding WMeth to the mix will richen your AFR due to the Methanol in the mix. At some point I would recommend a table switch table for your Fuel VE to reduce those numbers for when the WMeth is running. The Fuel VE Table 1 can be your "safe" Non-WMeth table, so if you run out of fluid your still fine.
