Background:
I'm setting up a single turbo using B&G headers with crossover, and a Large Isuzu NPR intercooler. the problem starts with the intercooler. The holes come into the engine bay, directly through the radiator. I purchased a smaller radiator from the junk yard, but i think it's a bit too small. So, i'm back to trying to stuff the radiator back into the car with the intercooler.
Progress:
I cut the snubs off of the bottom and am trying to mount it on top of the 3" inlet and oulet pipes of the intercooler. This would work, but the radiator cap is hitting the hood of the car. If i could lower that tall spout for the cap about half an inch, i'd be fine. Does anyone have a solution???
Does a FOX radiator have the cap raised like that?
