well i figured since i cant use LT's with my current X pipe "Mustangtuning o/r x" , i would just get shorties. What i really want to know , from someone who's sure about this...Is the diference in gains between shorties and LT's that much , or is it just like 1 or 2 hp. If its not alot of gain diference then i'll just go with shortie headers.

Keep in mind emission is not a problem over here.

Go with LT's, you'll see very little gain in hp/tq from the shorrties (wasted money). At the very least, go with midlengthes (bassani) but don't waste the money on shorties if you can get LT's and not have to worry about emmissions.

go with LT's.. you won't see gains with the shorties like you would the LTs.. I made 270rwhp with my full exhaust, cai, and a 75mm tb and plenum, and a tune

Go with LT.
I understand you want to save money and all. But doing the all the work, which is timeconsuming, to install any headers in our car to install a shortie which makes almost no more power on N/A car then stock manihold just to save some money on mid-pipe to me is just waist of time. I had Prochamber prior to my BBK install. I ditched PC, and got LT, and shortie H. Can't be happier. And I found someone to buy my PC quick enough

Get the LT. Sell your mustang tuning X. You'll be grad that you listened to us

Well, I'm looking at your sig and it says you're gonna do a SC soon. I could be wrong but I think some people recommend shorties with SCs.

Not saying that's what you need, but that's what i've read.

Shorty's do make more power than stock manifold's with a supercharger. Lts however will make more power than shorty's whether the car is NA or supercharged. I have heard that shorty's crack in FI applications. I believe this came from SHM though so if you don't agree take it up with them.
