Thats begging for a navigator 5.4 engine...or maybe even a full swap out of an 03-04 Cobra!!!

Id pick it up in a heartbeat assuming its not a salvage title, be sure to carfax the vin number.

Wow, somehow I missed this thread. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn, even if the engine is toasted, the engine can be swapped, and it can be sold for a very large gain if you didn't want to keep it.
