silly shifter question...

I've got a 10th anniversary (street only) and i really like the look of the stock shifter boot and knob.. both carbon-fiberesque. If I went with an aftermarket shifter, would I have to give these up or are the aftermarkets (hurst, 5.0, steeda, etc.) compatible?

I was told the Steeda Tri-Ax will work with stock boot and knob....don't know about the others.

Nope! You can use the stock boot and knob with either the TriAx or the Pro 5.0.
