Is The 130 Amp Altenator From A Sn95 V6/gt/cobra The Same? I Plan On Doing This But I Need To Know What Parts I Will Need. I Have A Sn95 V6 That I Can Get Parts Off Of Cheap. Will The Extra Amps Fry Anything In My Fox? I Have 3 Autometer Gauges And Also A Big Ass Amp For My Speakers. Is There Instructions That Anyone Has Written Up About This. Let Me Know. Thanks Travis

You can use the Alternator off a 94 or 95 Mustang. You will need to upgrade the wiring that runs between the battery and alternator and starter (?) There is a write up on how to do it.

Just swaping the alternator in without the wiring can lead to engine fires....

you wil also have to grind on the bracket to make it fit but it will go.

The V6 alternators from about 95 up to 00 are also good to use. They are the same as the 94-95 GT alternators. Some of the early 94 ones are 95 or 105 amps so go with the later ones. I have one from a 2000 V6 in my car.
