Some sort of throttle problem

Mods are in the sig.

The issue is this.

Car runs great. Way better than my fox body did with h/c/i.

What i finding is that when i am allowing the car to slow down with the engine braking and i attempt to rev match to down shift, it seems as though the motored is labored or choking and then revving to down shift. I have no CEL's

Does anyone understand what I am trying to say? Anyone experience this or is this just something that the coyote engines do?

I have no major problems doing the same thing. At first, I found I was a bit late on the reving of the engine.....changed my timing of the feet and much better now.

definitely not my timing. If I am lightly on the gas and then blip the throttle to downshift it is fine. Its like I stated above when it is slowing down by engine.

This fly by wire thing does have a different feel to it. It is hard to match the speed on a downshift. But I dont practice at it. That might help.

My wife, who is not knowledgeable with cars in the least, even noticed and asked "is something wrong with the car?"

Have you been able to bring it in to your Ford dealer for diagnosis? If not, I recommend you make an appointment and then message me so I can look into it further and maybe escalate this. Please message me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, and contact info.

There is a tube that runs from your intake to inside the cabin of the car. That is what your hearing.

Removed this when i put the intake in. Capped it off at the CAI and at the firewall.

pro tip: don't roll up into the dealer with the bama tune. I'm sure you know that already but a few guys have made this mistake and paid the price.

have you tried flashing it back to stock and seeing if it still has this problem?
