Sorry guys, but I think it's going to be time.

LOL, you had me laughing there. the SMG is a fooortune! Big Moooney.

i found a local red 2002 M3 vert with smg, navi, loaded. 32k miles for $41k. i wouldn't be to scared of 01-03'ish M3's with a bit of miles cuz they come with 100k mile powertrain warranties due to a rod bearing recall.

i would say drive one first to see if you like it. i am one of the very few techs in the shop that like it. you can get a Z4 with SMG, but it doesn't shift as fast and is a little annoying.

i know what ya mean about the benz, but a CL65 AMG vert is one of my favorite cars ever made. $192k:nice:

i drove an O3 smg m3 and all i got to say is wow, that car had some pep--definately felt faster than my mootang. i still don't really think it's practical to dump the stang and spend $XXK on a year-round car... just me. i give him a couple more weeks, then he'll snap out of it, heh.

I have found the car that I wanted.

let me know dude
it's going up for sale next year, i can guarantee you that.

hmph.. it's at 117ks now, which is like 71 thousand miles?
i don't even know what that would go for in the u.s.

they usually sell in canada for $15k
which is a lot lower in the us.
Will do man she's been asking about stangs lately mainly 94/95's and what we could do with one for her. Seeing as how she'll be making very good $$ throught the Air Force she want me to find her one and mod it too *evil grin*

lol, well you've seen my car. and basically know all the history on it too.. which is ironic.
so i take it her being interested in the 94-95 era may have a bit... small part, to do with you? :D maybe? just a hunch

Well you haven't had the car for long; and if you are already liking these other cars, the Mustang wasn't right for you all along. So get what you want and make sure the stang finds a good home.

agreed.
my last stang i sold was given a good home too...
i periodically check up on it every once in a while...
is that bad to say?

I will go for a boot around town at night with friends, and every once in awhile i'll drive by the guy's house that bought my car and see how well he takes care of it.

He does a good job, nowhere as nice as what I did. But i knew long ago no one will be as anal about it as me anyway... so what can you expect.
But one thing's for certain. I do love my car, it did exactly what I needed it to. But, it's just not for me.

White is very easy to keep clean, water sports are hard to see, dust is almost impossible to see, and white cars are cooler in the summer (big plus for me). No gloss ppsstt silly you just have to be "inclinded" on how to detail and not be cheap and buy the right products.

It may not be like hey look at me "wore-ish" like red and black are, but a well detailed white car WILL show it's worth especially at night.

Hm...
i will say man you are bringing me over to the dark side :D
it looks good, there is no disputing that. And I do like white... I guess it would really all depend on how well you detail it, like any other car. I was debating on a red car in truth, but my next car might be white.

I know one thing, my next car will not be black. Unless the car is for sale for a ridiculous price because the driver died from a heart attack getting into it and he lived with a 90 year old grandmother who was forced to sell it because she was the only family member left and she doesn't even know how to spell the word "car"...

then i might consider it.

Now, does anyone think chrome rims on a white car is okay?

Truth be told my personal favorite color is red, but on stangs white floats my boat there just aren't a lot of white v8 stangs in my area. I just feel special and not the "I ride the short bus to school" special either lol....

Ah, see you're like me
I love red man, absolutely love it.
My next car, I wanted to be red, but if it comes down to it, white is now going to be a contender.
There aren't many NICE v8 mustangs around my area, 94-98 style of course, anything over 99, there are a million of 'em.
but red...
i still get a woody thinking about that colour.

If you have to rev it to 5k to have any "go" then you need to learn to use a clutch.

He never said he wanted a 9 second car. The S2000 is a very nice driving automobile, which is more of balanced car than a "GO" car. It still has some kick, but I bet you the thing would make you look like a little girl on a road track.

Plus all in a 4 cylinder, the gas mileage is not bad.

BTW - if you get a S2000, get the hardtop...MMMMM.

*I still want you to keep your stang, I'm just giving my opinion on your second picks. :)

Weren't you the one that "just lost it", and wrecked an S2K you were driving for work? And your telling me I don't know how to use a clutch? I was not being literal. It was a way of explaining the way the car feels. I won't even comment on your other remarks.

I sold my 94 mustang because I wanted something with luxury. I ended up buying a jaguar s-type and it was no fun at all. Sold the jag and bought another mustang. You will regret selling it :D
I used to not like white much either but my new car is alllllll white
