I removed the instrument cluster from my 1986 GT a while back and thought I reconnected the speedometer cable. It stopped working and when I pulled the panel back it was disconnected. Now I just can’t seem to get it firmly connected- question: does it just push on or does the tab have to be squeezed while pushing it on? Problem is compounded by not much space and big hands.
