Split Port Swap Start

Hello everyone, im new here although ive been reading around for awhile. I want to start on a split port swap for my sn95 bone stock, want more power without, swapping engines. On a pretty tight budget but can get most parts from local junkyard and pull-a-part. Since i was going to do the windstar swap i went ahead and picked up the upper intake manifold for 15 bucks. . Just need heads, lower intake, and misc stuff
