I have the same problem. First time I roll down my window it makes a horrid screeching noise. After that, it doesn't. I noticed the outside of my window is scrached a little. I'm going to take the door apart one of these days and figure out what it is. If anyone has any input....HELP!!!

I use Silicone Lubricant spray as well. I spray some on the tweeter for the Mach radio system (the black lining part which comes into contact with the window). This has lasted me all of last Summer, and my windows used to squeak EVERY time I rolled them down. One application lasts (atleast) one Summer (for me anyways).

This method works everytime.

Spray it into the black mirror triangle thingy while the window is rolled down. Wipe off the excess and you are good to go. My last spray treatment has lasted me over 2 years. It has just recently come back but I've been too lazy to spray it.
