FYUI, a 275 is a lot wider than a 245. It's 10.8 inches vs. 9.6 inches. IOW, over an inch difference. And a 245 is pretty much the widest you can fit on an 8" wheel. You might be able to find a shop to mount a 275 on an 8" wheel, but that's just dumb.
You really want at least a 9" wheel for 275's. There is always someone who's done it wrong. That doesn't mean it's safe or smart.

I look at your picture and see a tire clearly too wide for the wheel. We all know you don't. What nobody knows is what you think IS too wide.

I disagree. Looking at the picture, it is pretty much what I am making it out to be. You have a tire almost three inches wider than your wheel. If you cannot imagine it being an issue, why did you stop at 275's? Why not 315's?
