I just put on a C&L/RPM Plenum/BBK 75MM Throttle Body the other day and have been enjoying the new smoothness and pick up up top. So today on my way to work at 6:00am  this yellow GTI(01-04ish model?) comes up beside me, slows, and then takes off :stick: Normally I dont mess with this, but I have been in the mood to see what my stang has since Im going to the track this afternoon for the first time :nice:

After I finally catch him, we are coming out of a 1 lane road going into two lanes. There is a truck in front of the GTI before we hit two lanes. As we hit two lanes, Im waiting to make the jump :spot: 3rd gear about 3500 rpm's...GTI goes into the right lane and I let the ole 2 valve open up...let the :chair: begin ;) So I start about 1/4-1/2 car behind him, as we go I rip right by him and put 2-3 cars :owned: on him before Im going plenty fast for me and shut it down. This is probably the first time I have done this in at least 6 month as I normally dont mess with this on the street...Im pretty excited about getting the car to the track this afternoon to see what it can do :SNSign:

I know I know :Track: and that is where it is going today :p

So the RPM/C&L unit fits good? I am really thinking about picking it up, its only like 25 bucks more than the Professional Products stuff.

Any how were the gains? Anything down low, or only up top? A little, or very noticable?

Ah, and at least you got something with potential wanting to run you, I had a guy in a mid 90's Camry try and jump me from a light tonight...

Plenum and T.B are awsome, I was going to get the pp, and glad that I didnt. I noticed gains up top and alot smoother throttle responce!!!

I am proudly standing behind this plenum/throttle body combo...I dont know how many people have them, but the plenum is pretty much a c&l plenum and probably IS a c&l plenum. It fit great, and I had NO problems with it, shipping was very quick!

Must... buy... RPM plenum and BBK TB......

Must... get... gears.... 4.10's.....

Must... ditch... o/r x for longtubes, short x, and catback...

Must get blower...

Aggghhhh!!!!!
