Suggestions on a/c compressor and other items, dress up/detail

Anyone here have a good suggestion for cleaning up the a/c compressor, power steerting bracket, belt tensioner other than chrome or polishing them??

what are you looking for out of this? i just sanded all of my aluminum pieces in the engine and i think it looks 100x better. it just takes a little work, nothing crazy though... if you don't want to work on things, just paint em!
