I've been debating whether I wanted to do cam's, upper intake, and possibly a headswap but now I've decided to get the Kenne Bell kit for the 96-98. I have 114K miles on my car now but they are mostly highway from the time I bought it with 46K in July of 2002. I know these engines are OK until about 425 HP on stock internals but what about on a higher mileage car? Anyone with any experience? I'm only going to be pushing 350-360 HP at the most at 9 psi. The KB website says there shouldn't be any issues for a higher mileage car but I wanted more opinions.

I'm pushing a few miles less in my 98 .... I've opted for a fresh new short block/forged internal and whole nine to mate up with a KB.
After 100K, I think it's safer to start over if you're going to push anything over 300rwhp. Considering the tranny has been around for all those miles too. Nah, new stuff for me. That would be my reccommendation.
