Swap a 81 302 into my 88....will it work??

Hi everyone.

I have the option to pick up a good deal on a 81 302 bored 30 over with GT40 heads and a motorsport intake with matching valve covers. It has a new water pump and is all assembled. I can get this for $700.
Can i easily put this into my 88? Can i just swap my intake and everythign will match up? I want to keep her fuel injected. Anything you guys can help me out on would be a huge help. Here is the guys response:
"It was out 1981 it is a 306 30 over all the stuff on the insid is done the out side has hp water pump and gt 40 heads that say gt on out side insid say wcp and motor sport intack in was set up for carborator you can see the rest by pics "

Yeah your probably right. I think i'm just going to save up for some heads and the money to install my super charger.

I know the GT40 P heads won't fit my current exhaust (BBK TL's). Does anyone know if the regular GT40 heads off a 93 cobra would fit?

i hope its not out of a 81 mustang since it would be a 255ci no 302 came in a mustang 80-81 and 82 both the 25 and 302 were offered if memory serves me. a 255 or 4.2l made 120hp with a 2barrel carb. i have one in my backyard out of a giah mustang with a 89 rebuild and i couldnt give it away

Regular GT40's should work without issue.
