I wonder if it;'s possible to replace the tapered bearing on the rear of the mainshaft with a ball bearing...the tapered bearing can move easily and change the direction of the shaft, but a fresh ball bearing will have no "twisting" action...hmm

i wont be too rough on it, being since dyno day is this sat... i was going to throw my aluminum heads on it, but i dont have the rockers that they require.. dammit. i guess i'll have to pay for a baseline lateron...
it's a 90 bronco longblock, with a conversion to carb. ie =

bbk long tube headers
bbk offroad xpipe
magnaflow exhaust
dyno with garbage tune - 230 / 310
19% drivetrain loss = 273 / 368 at the crank
