Hey me and a friend are going to rebuild my WC T5. We have a book for a non-WC T5 but it's a little different. The only thing we are going to do is put in new blocker rings. My question is are there any free online tutorials for rebuilding WC T5s?

See http://www.ttcautomotive.com/English/onlineorder/product.asp to download a FREE service manual for T5 or Tremec 3550/TKO
You will need the Adobe Acrobat viewer which is also a free download – http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

See http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com/ or http://www.ddperformance.com for parts

A T5 rebuild kit with syncros, bearings and other small parts costs about $160. It does not include any gears or shafts.

http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com/ also has a video on how to rebuild your T5 or Tremec. It costs about $20, and is worth every penny of it.

Ya J I searched and found that PDF file you link to. It doesn't go into much deatail. So far we have got the mainshaft out. When we pulled it out some small little cylindrical metal piece fell from somewhere we don't know where it goes to. It looks like a little dowel. Any ideas on where that goes?

I actually thought the LDF was the most detailed info onthe rebuild that i've found. I used it with sucess during my builds.

The small dowl pins are the roller pins that go between the inout shaft and mainshaft inside the cup. There should be 15 of them
