T5 to TKO or C4 swap

I'm going with a power adder soon, so I need to upgrade my tranny. It's a stock T-5 (non-world class) rebuilt 5K miles ago, Steeda Tri-ax shifter, Spec clutch Stage 3 (brand spankin new), Late model housing. Now I want to upgrade to a TKO or Super Comp. C4, Can anybody tell me what is required for these swap? What can I reuse from the T5 to the TKO? Which is cheaper? The reason I bought a such dramatic clutch kit is b/c I was going to go with a G-Force T-5.

For daily driver - TKO. For weekend toy street/strip machine - C4. Either way you are looking at $1500 minimum.

What year T5?

i went the tko route and am very happy with it. the tko 500 comes in to models the 26 spline input shaft or 10 spline which is stock, so if you just bought a stock clutch and don't want to shell out andother 300+ for another stage 3 I'd get the 10 spline (thats what i did). the bellhousing is different from a tko and t5 so u need to get a new one, if racing get the shatter proof one. other than grinding the tack welds off on the factory crossmember so it can slide back more its a basic bolt on. the c4 I never did so can't help you there. as for the gforce it just seems so expensive for a beefed up t5 if you ask me.
