I've got all the turbo oiling stuff, an alternator, wideband setup and a few real small things hopefully showing up tomorrow.
Technically the only thing keeping me from starting it up will be injectors but I may throw the stock truck injectors in if that's all that holds me up. Just to know the motor is healthy and everything is functional.

I've gotta build the downpipes, install the wideband, plumb the turbo oiling, wire the alternator, hook up the MS3, plug the ports on the water pump and fill the fluidz.

My birthday is Sunday so I think I'll lose that day in the garage but hopefully by the following weekend we'll make cool turbo noises.

Got everyone out of the way so I could remove those brackets on the frame rails. Ended up being a bigger PITA than I had anticipated but I ended up with room for the downpipes

Going to have to build a heat shield for the alternator I think. Downpipes will be wrapped but I doubt that's enough to keep it alive.
Maybe tomorrow I'll start on the outward turn. New valance shipped today so it might be best to wait until I've got some exhaust holes to work my way towards.

Anyone notice anything here?
$190 mistake. Had to order a new one and hopefully recoup some of it by selling this one.

I was told the boost control solenoid could be in the engine bay but they recommended it not be in direct heat.

This is all I picture now

You got more plumbing than Mario Brothers. Not in direct heat? In an engine bay? Turn your instruction booklet over and put it face down. Now rotate it 180* and open it like normal. Those should be the instructions for a Mustang.

Mike's bird nest prophecy is slowly but surely proving to be true. Still have some stuff to do. Doing the best I can to hide things and keep them cleaned up but there's just so much stuff!

I haven't seen anyone resort to fabricated and painted routing channels yet. Bolt-on covers to hide it all behind?

They just need to go away entirely one of these days. Once Mike pointed them out it's all I see when I look in the bay now. Like telling a woman she has a big nose...

Always fun to redo work. Had to pull the pan...again. Luckily it revealed two broken rear oil pan studs (thanks moroso) and saved me a substantial oil leak.

I have 2 bung holes now.
