I think I read in someone else's thread-that you are basically done updating this one.
So as I've done to your last 4 car builds.. Ima ask questions .
How's the wiring going?
Did you finish your trunk floor/fuel cell?
which Holley system are you using?
Are you going to set your dash up to use the Holley display?
How much longer until your kid shows up?
If you ignore me until well after the kid arrives-Congratulations in advance![]()
Not much to report on the car.
The wiring is still as it was when I last posted. Haven't had 5 spare minutes to work on it.
I need to order some sheet metal to finish the trunk still but the fuel cell is done.
I'm using the HP ecu and have the 3.5" display.
I'd rather do the race pack dash. Fits better, looks better, and I hate tuning with the touch screen.
As for the kid, he was due a month from today but due to some complications the plan as of now is to have him late next week.
I've taken the next few weeks off from work. Maybe I'll have some time this weekend to poke around on the car a bit but it's unlikely.
Haven't really thought about it for a while.
Again. Congrats on the kiddo.I hope all is well, and everything goes smoothlyNot much to report on the car.

Thank you Joe. It's nothing crazy at this point, just some blood pressure issues that have made an early delivery necessary. We will be considered "full term" when she is induced and by all accounts he's perfectly healthy so I'm optimistic that everything will go smoothly.I pray things go well for your family. That is very unnerving to be dealing with something like that.
Joe
It's as user friendly of an EFI system you'll find anywhere. Highly recommend it to anyoneAgain. Congrats on the kiddo.I hope all is well, and everything goes smoothly
I asked Jeff, and I'll ask you to lol- how user friendly/idiot proof is the hp setup?
I feel for ya on the wiring.as nice as it will be when you are done.the headache of actually doing it is enough to slow me down lol
Hoping for the best man.Not much to report on the car.

Yes it will! It'll go well Tanner, my wife had similar problems with our last kid.
I'll share the mentality I had for dirty dishes in my early 20's with ya- you can always buy more dishes... lolOn day 4 of operation "replace the linoleum in the kitchen".
Spent 2 days scraping glue so I wouldn't have to replace the subfloor. Spent yesterday cutting tiles and started the grout.
Today I'll finish grout, haul off the old floor and try to finish the kids room.
Wife is on bed rest. I have the whole house to myself. The dishes have taken over. The trash is full. Haven't seen the dogs in a day or so.

Or use paper plates and plastic cups, F the dishes!I'll share the mentality I had for dirty dishes in my early 20's with ya- you can always buy more dishes... lol
My college roommate used to wash his dishes in the tub when the sink got too full. My wife doesn't know what I've survived in the past lolI'll share the mentality I had for dirty dishes in my early 20's with ya- you can always buy more dishes... lol

@tannerc91gt My twins were planned C section at 37 weeks (morbidity date). You should be good but it's frickin nerve racking regardless. Just make sure you already have newborn diapers, wipes, and formula (as backup even if you're breast feeding), lots of coffee and patience. Being a Father is the coolest thing ever! I never let the nurses at the hospital feed or change any of my newborn babies regardless how tired or sleep deprived I was. They're there to take care of mom, hands off my babies!
Just don't forget to install the infant car seat before Thursday's appointmentWe got the results of the second round of testing today, levels were back to normal so inducing her Thursday has been put on hold. Doing the test a 3rd time and will have the results Thursday morning. If it's high again, they'll induce. Otherwise we'll go back to shooting for 3 weeks from now. Either way she's been benched for the remainder of the game.
I do appreciate the advice, I THINK I've got all that stuff covered. Bags packed, plans made, etc, etc. Just playing it by ear at this point, we are both very excited but just like you said, the nerves have really gotten turned up the last few days.
