i have the stock 2000 wheels, upgraded package of course. i think they are 17x8?
anyway, my question is: can i fit 275s all around w/o rubbing? im short on cash and i need tires that can be rotated, but still want the look and traction of 275s. i was gonna get the Hancook Ventus. i can get them at Discount tire for $115 each (275/40/17), which includes lifetime rotating and balancing, and i think some kind of optional hazard program or somthing. the guy there has a GT, and had 275s no prob w/ his 96. he did say that a 2001 came in and had 275s all around, but they rubbed in the front, so the guy took a mallot and leveled out a piece of the wheel well i think. either that or another. anyways, the guy said it didnt show at all from the outside. is this ok to do? i dont plan on springs any time soon, so i think this tire setup will work. thanks for the help
