just wondering how bad our 94/95 cars handle the stage 1 cam? it is already in a motor i am looking at, and want to now every symptom i could end up with. this will be in a daily driver, and will have to wait on a tune for a little bit. it is match up with t/w heads and track heat intake, pro m maf and 30# injectors. how will it idle/drive at low rpms/drive at high rpms? will it be a staller? any info would be a big help. thanks a lot.

Each combo can act diffferent even though they have the same or similar parts.

Some have said that cam causes no probs and others have had to custom tune for it.

The combo sounds like it could make some good power.

Well actually it was pretty stable, and that was with a massive vacuum leak. Of course I may end up eating my words as my stang is running worse and worse everyday. I do have some minor bucking at low rpm (sub-1500), but only while cruising and coasting. When I hit the throttle, it goes away instantly.

with the stock eec I had some bucking like posted above, cold starts are FAT and stall it, mostly when the weather turns colder is when that is bad. it is rich at idle though.

With the tweecer, the bucking is totally gone now, it has been gone since I did my base tune using the j4j1 file with very minamal mods to that file. The idle is still rich, but the weather has not gone cold yet so I dont know how bad it is, but the rich idle is the only thing I have left as far as drivability things go.

on my stock shortblock, unported gt40 heads, tmoss ported stock lower (not the tmoss ported gt40 I have now) and the tfs cam I ran a 13.5 @ 102 with the stock eec.
