i'm watchin on tv. bball tickets are SO hard to get here. it's a system where, at noon, on mondays, they say "open for tickets" and online, you have to open it up, log in, and select what games, and hit "register" and they only have a few thousand total. with 52,000 students, i havent been able to get tickets via the system

but all our local bball games are online on the local fox channel, so i'll be watching. i saw the article about it in the alligator this morning

I can walk up and still get tickets at the box office here. Hell I can probably hang around out front and get them free. We need some good post season runs to get basketball back to where it was when I was in school.

My son has a game at 7:30...maybe a bit earlier so I hope to be back by the second half. Hopefully we are not too far out of it by then.

yeah...... we had a couple good post seasons in a row....that got tickets desired more than ever, so it's tough

Gah, 5-5 in the ACC. That isn't so great. And a trip upcoming to North Carolina. Granted we have beat them the last 2 times we played them but...

Wow...my boys did well. I heard the post game on the radio on the way home and the way the announcer had some excitement in his voice as he did the stats I knew the Tigers had won.

We got held up at my sons game. Went down to the wire but we won that one too. Good night all around.

wow, this georgetown vs marquete game is intense.... but it sucks cause i'm not getting to see the UF game due to this one in overtime. lame!

i have no clue why UF's playing so poorly lately. it's hard to even watch. if those kids dont step up quite a bit in the next couple games, this could be the first time in a WHILE that UF doesnt make the tourney.... but i guess that wouldnt surprise me THAT much, considering our team is ALL brand new, young guys....

Did you see that Donovan dissed his players recently in a press conference after the game. Said something to the effect that he wasnt looking forward to comming back to coach these kids next season.

They were talking about it on ESPN radio.

But on a good note, lets go Boilers. #2 seed in the Big 10 tournament. Projected #4 seed in NCAA. They were projected to finish 8th in the Big 10.

Found what Donovan said. Not exactly inspiring to his returning kids.

"It's in front of our guys, what it takes to win," Donovan said. "For whatever reason, I haven't brought it out in them. They're not committed to it. But I'm not necessarily really that excited about these guys being sophomores, to be honest. I don't think people change a whole lot, and I don't think you've seen the basketball team change at all this year. So it's hard for me to get overly thrilled or excited."

That is kind of harsh but it is also motivation. Not sure if I would have made the comments so public. It is the same when Peyton Manning disrespected his O-line a few years back. You just don't bring family business into the open. That's redneck.

My team is done...but should have a great team next year.

Wow...nasty storm hit the Georgia Dome during the Bama/Miss St in the SEC Tourney. Delayed the game an hour. People thought the place was under attack and were running for the exits. The rafter were shaking according to the announcers. Two big holes are in the side of the Dome.

yeah, donovan's comments were weird, but i think it's for the best. ****, he was just stating the facts. those guys didnt put the effort in, and dont deserve to win.

funny part is, there's a chance the NIT could come down to UF vs OSU, the two best from last year. funny how times change.....

I can't believe Georgia won the SEC tournament, that was ridiculous. The Hogs should've beat them down, but they came out ffllaaaattt and let Georgia walk all over them a little too long. I am pumped that we knocked off Vandy and Tennessee back-to-back! I don't expect them to beat Indiana, but I just hope for a good game instead of a blowout... if they do somehow manage to squeek past Indiana they'll get a beating against UNC
