both the ducks and wings some back from 2-0 to win in overtime..... i only caught highlights (damn work) but i thought that was kinda weird.

The Wings/Sharks game was very intense!! Tying goal by the Wings with about 35 seconds left in the 3rd, I was getting nervous

I didn't stay up to watch the game - I was too tired last night so I went to bed pretty early. I'm really happy they won because game 5 becomes very important now.

only the buffalo game. which wasn't all that great till the end of the third. i actually missed the first and second cause i mis-read the guide on my tv and came in from the garage an hour and a half to late lol. all i seen was 1-0 NY and thought WTF is up with the rangers, i thought they would be gone in the first round lol. buffalo won in OT though, still don't like afinaganof (sp?) but it was a nice shot i guess.


i was wondering why the Ottawa game wasn't on then i remembered that tommorow is saturday and thats "hockey night in canada" on CBC so its gonna be on then. hopefully they can eliminate the devils tommorow

Damn Rangers. Oh well, that game was very good nonetheless. They gave Buffalo a real run.

I'm glad the Wings game I went to, they not only won, but beat the heck out of 'em. Plus I got to see some octopus thrown and some stuffed animal ones, one of which Hasek grabbed with his glove and threw at a player on the bench. Not sure if that was shown on TV or not but it was pretty funny

Sounds like a good time at the Joe. I enjoy seeing the games live because you get to see so much more of what goes on behind the camera. Like little plays away from the puck, the between tv time-out events and such...

The real fun stuff is when the ref comes over to warn hasek about moving out of the crease so the snow shovels can get at the loose ice.

Yep, they showed Hasek playing with the octopi on TV. I think he tried to throw it at Osgood...

I think Anaheim is going to be a bit easier for detroit to take. But I like both buffalo and ottawa. Want the wings to win, but I'd be happy if either east coast team won if the wings weren't in it.

Should be one Hell of a series.

First vs Second in the west and First vs fourth in the east.

This will be the first real test the Ducks have faced. The teams are built on much the same philosophy. I have to give the edge to the Ducks based on youth, offensive and a better checking line. It will be the little things that win this series regardless of who comes out on top.

As long as these teams don't beat the tar out of each other I still stand by my original prediction that a western conference team will take the cup...
