Funny you should say that! There will be new pics this week. I have an appointment to get the exhaust put on the 'vert on Monday, and if all goes well I'll try to fire it up Tuesday! If that goes smoothly, it's about ready to roll out and go right on the road. I've been struggling with this electric high-power brake system for some time, which has been a big time waster. It seems to be a great system, it's just been leaky from some of the factory ports on the master cylinder. Because of the DOHC engine (and the associated lack of working room) it is a big ordeal to access these problem areas. The pushrod was also too long, and even adjusted all the way down the pedal sat waaaaay too high. I still don't have all of the leaks fixed, but I'm working on that as we speak and hopefully will have everything resolved by the end of the day. If not, I'll have to yank the master cylinder again and send it back to them, which will obviously cause more delay. Keep your fingers crossed!
If you've been following the fastbacks on my site you know where all of my time has been going. They both have complete suspensions and braking systems, are completely wired including power windows, power door locks, alarm, etc., have the engines and trannys in, and I just ordered the Mass-Flo EFI systems for both. Basically, all 3 cars will hit the road in rapid succession over the next 60 days.
