time to clean the MAF, what should i use?

i'm trying to fix this gas mileage issue i have. im getting 180 miles to the tank, 3.08 gears. i'm going to pop in some new o2's as well as clean this maf sensor. what would you guys recommend i use on it? carb cleaner?

I would use electric parts cleaner. It leaves no residue and is made for sensors. I guess you could use brake cleaner but it might be a little harsh. Don't hold the spray right on it, but from a distance, that is a tiny thin wire, breaks easily.
