275's are the max that tire manufacturers approve on a 9" rim.

295's are too wide for a 9" rim. I had to get an 18X10 for that size.

I hope your not gonna dump those black bullits for Saleens.... Saleens are cool, but I like your Bullits & they look sick on your ride.

Its all about deep dish baby!!!! & Saleens have no dish, & then your rear wheels wont be as flush with the wheelwell since your losing an inch in the rear. 295's will be too wide & will bubble out too much, if that makes sense.

gotcha...i guess ill have to shell out more cash for the x10's but then i think...money on rims or go-faster goodies...tough descision..even tho i am happy at where my car is at this point i want a little change in its looks since there are so many silver stangs with black rims where i live, it seems as if it was an OEM thing.

10" wheels are worth it. trust me, you'll love them. they have a large footprint that can be seen from behind your car, and your tire sizes will be huge. I put 305/35/18 on my 10" rims and they look

it's should give you total woody.

QFT....even though i love saleens, i REALLY liked the black bulllitts on your car also!
haha i was actually gettin a lil tired with my chrome saleens and was lookin to get somethin black for a while.

i vote if you're really going to get the saleens, definately get them in 18x10's if you're already spending the money for 4 new rims...the price isnt going to be that much more. you'll be very happy you did ....and they will sit out almost flush with the fenders as opposed to the 18x9's which will sit pretty far in.

^so wanna trade? hehe, nah the only reason im asking is i have a possible deal pending with some (4)18x9 saleens in perfect condition on a straight up trade, but i wouldnt like for the rear tires/rims to be tucked in....but that might be the case, so maybe im gonna have to pass on that deal...oh well. thanks for everyones replies :SNSign:
