I bought the car like 3 weeks ago and I honestly don’t like the tire size. I’m not sure what’s the widest and biggest tire I can run that will fill the wheel well more.

I have 275/40zr18s on 9" rims on the rear of my 2000...that tire has a .68" taller sidewall than yours for an overall 1.36" greater height...width is .4" greater than yours. If you are trying to fill the wheel well a little more, that would help. Do not know your goal. (My fronts are 255/40zr18s on 9" rims...suspect they are taller and narrower than yours, but I didn't check them on the tire calculator).
