I recently purchased an 03 cobra, and it has silver/grey 18" Cobra R rims on it. Now My problem is Whoever had this car before me put G-force Sport 275/35 Z-R 18" 95w tires an rims all around. Now the front right rubs pretty bad to wear its wearing away at the inside lip of the rim. The front tires are obviously too big my question is what size tires should I run in the front.

I plan on keeping the same rims in the rear so im just replacing the front 2 rims and all the tires. I am just unsure what size to get, also should I put 17"rims in the front with a little more narrow tire and keep the 18's in the rear? Also keep in mind the car is pretty modified it dyno'd @ 515 so Im not sure if that effects what tires or rim size I can put on it.

One more thing is, im getting new tired cause the G-forces just don't hook at all and I would like some suggestions on what brand and style of tire to get.

275-35-18 is the same size as the stock 275-40-17. What are you rubbing on? I run 305-30-18s up front and don't rub anything. We need more info. What have you changed on the front suspension?

I have 285/40 up front with Sportlines so my car is low but I have no rubbing issues eaither. If you cant get G-Foces to hook than there really isnt anything stickier for the street. You could try DR on the back and it will help but they dont last too long.
