This is my first post ever on stangnet, so I hope it works...I have a 95 GT 5.0 that I just did a top end rebuild on. I swaped out the stock heads for Aluminum GT-40's, put new ffrp headers on, 1.7 roller rockers, Edelbrock performer intake, BBK 70mm TB, C&L 73mm MAF, stock injectors, mallory fuel pressure regulator, mallor hyfire AL-6 ignition, MSD coil, cap, rotor and wires...I also have a cat-back exhaust and a bbk 255lph fuel pump...I started the car and it runs, but it feels like it has no power, from my set up (and what I've seen other people's car's put out) I thought I should be running around 250rwhp give or take...but it feels weaker than it did before the rebuild. I haven't adjusted the fuel pressure with the regulator so I think it is set to 45psi... does anyone have any clue what could be wrong??? I appriciate any help...thanks

Assuming you installed everything correctly with all the vacuum lines hooked up, etc., the car is going to feel a bit weaker than expected until it learns it's new A/F ratios. How long has it been since you've swapped everything? How many miles?

My car was a pig when I did my H/C/I swap, and after a few tunes, it'll now get sideways pulling 3rd gear. :D

I just did the swap and have maybe 5 miles on it...I haven't been able to mess with the timing all that much b/c I can't see the timing marks...
I've noticed the car feels like it's straining itself at times, and sometimes power just comes like a waterfall...I don't understand

This could be a long shot but did you adjust your valves correctly??? If they are too tight your engine could feel like it is straining. The setting is usually 1/2 to 3/4 turn after zero lash. If they are tight and you keep driving it will wipe out your cam..
