Torque specs for top strut mount

hello guys, I was wondering if anyone knew the torque number for the top strut nut, the one above the CC plates with the bushing? I got these poly bushings on and the ride is a bit rough, so i want to switch back to the rubber ones.

Also, can i just pop off the nut and remove the bushing without the strut falling down? I dont remember but i dont think it moves without the car being lifted.

I'd like to know this myself as I'll probably change mine soon too... I was planning on going from the rubber bushings to ployurethane though.

Did the poly ones at least improve your handling or steering response? I can deal with a firmer ride if they improver performance...
