After putting track heat heads and 1/7 rockers, I picked up a whole 1.5mph and a little over a tenth, w/ a 2.24 60' I even upped the timing to about 15 degrees w/ 93 octane. I now know that I should have also put the intake on at the same time 
*Note to self...heads don't help if it can't get through the intake*
