check out moderndriveline.com they can give you a list of everything needed with prices as well. If I can get my email up I'll post back with the list they gave me for converting my 66Gt from auto to the 5spd tremec or t56 6spd.

Here are two quotes, the first it for a T-5z package. this will bolt in without tunnel mods were as the T-56 you will have to cut the top of the tunnel. I posted a few shots as to what that looks like.
