So I'm thinking about doing a T5 to TKX swap in my '89. What all would be needed for the swap? Looks like a different bell housing and 26 spline clutch for sure. Do I need a different yoke and trans mount? What about clutch fork setup and will my aluminum drive shaft still fit? Any help or advice or reviews on the new TKX appreciated.

You'll need the 31 spline yoke for the driveshaft. The stock arm works,it's a little short but works. Other than the things you listed that's it unless you wanted an aftermarket shifter.

I belive they come with an aftermarket shifter,and stock mount needs modifying or get a stifllers,
American power train has great videos and lots of info.

They come with a "Tremec" brand shifter.

If you go this route contact Hanlon Motorsports. Bob did a fantastic job on my tko600. If you call they can include everything you need in a package deal. That's what they did for me. Everything I needed for the swap came directly from them. They should have the TKX in stock.
