tuning new supercharger

getting ready to put a p1sc on my 97, fuel pump, injectors, intercooled.....and a sct, place im buying it from says they will help set up air/fuel over phone to get it close and set. is it safe enough using the hand held till i get it to a dyno. i wont thrash it before a dynotune either

They can email you a complete custom tune that will have settings you can't do on the handheld. That will get you to the dyno.

They should burn a chip to your mods and up the timing. When I ordered my Diablo, the guy put about 10 extra degrees of timing on it and more gas at WOT. The tune will actually kind of prevent you from getting on the pedal but it's good enough to get you to the dyno. Your gas mileage will be pretty bad until you get dyno'd. Just FYI.
