Tweecer VS Anderson Ford M.S. CPU

I need to tune the 99 4v since the computer is a 96 trying to run a 99 4v. I really don't want to pay for tuning when i can just buy one of those computers and tune my car myself.

What system do you guys think i should go with and why??? I think both systems are $1000 dollars and work the same. I just don't know what are the real differences between them. I know the tweecer needs a labtop and the Anderson Motorsports system doesn't need a labtop.

This is amazing your guys are telling me no one on this site has had either of the system. Damn if i was asking about a "what gear to go with" or "what to do for 200 dollars", i would have 3 pages on this thread.
