I was hoping to make 600+rwhp with 10-12lbs of boost but didn't quite make it, lol. The car actually barely made 3. The vavles were floating and basically squashed my expectations. I'll order new springs and try again next week. I guess at only 3bls of boost I can't complain too much about the numbers though.

Very nice! Those stage 2 NA cams or turbo cams? a/f seems real lean, is that safe with your built motor?

I was gonna say the same. At one point it hits close to 14. I thought 10-12 was the ideal SC/turbo AFR?

Nice number. If you can get your boost and RPM's up you should be able to see 600 RWHP.

HMM, I think you may have larger porblems than you think....your valves shouldnt float unless there is alot of back pressure and alot of RPM. VT stg 2 heads should have some nice springs anyways.

With 60s, there shouldnt be very much back pressure...and if its making enough back pressure to float the valves, it should be making atleast some boost....much more than only 3PSI. Check all connections and make sure your waste gates are closed and operating properly....also make sure your BOV isnt staying open. I know this sounds crazy, but make sure they were mounted the correct way.

As far as what you made....AWSOME #s for the amount of boost you were making! Thats just insane!
Just trying to help you out, as that just does not look right...but hopefully you have 1PSI springs in the wastegates with your controller set to 0 and that was just boost creep LOL, then that MAY explain some of it.

Although id be very concerned about the valve float, or whatever your problem is...for example I was floating the valves @ 5700...but before then it was fine and had been making 9PSI since around 4200, so the exhaust definatly had some pressure on it...just the RPM combined with that pressure that made the valves float up top.
Another thing is your car lost power and then started making power again...that doesnt seem like exhaust valve float to me. Mine lost over 60RWHP from 5700 to 6200RPMs when the exhaust valve started floating...power just dropped like a ROCK but the boost curve wasnt effected at all.

So yea just recheck all of your wiring and connections and see if you can find something wrong. Good luck man and PM me if you have any questions about how things should be hooked up, id be happy to help

that curve doesnt look great to me, nice number for a stock motor, but in your situation Id be pissed. Since it looks like youve got the built motor and all, did you replace the heads?
