Vacuum line question....not an idle issue lol

I need to replace some lines on 87 5.0. Mainly the ones coming off the vacuum tee going to the manifold,brake booster, etc. I was told these lines had to be ordered from Ford because they were a harder hose than what auto parts stores sell. Is this true and would this kit work for me http://mustangsunlimited.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=VP2104B+01 . Really dont want anything this flashy but seems like a decent deal since the lines are supposed to be stronger.

Vacuum lines do not carry any pressure in a car without pressurized induction. The common vacuum hose sold by the auto parts stores will be fine in a car without pressurized induction.
