well he bought the n/a cams, so you'd have to get the cams for forced induction.

I needed to get my head gasket done so the cam install and valve spring install only cost me an extra 200. These cams are not good for a blower. Vt engines makes a really nice blower cam and it will still produce power if you put it on a na engine. So if the blower is in the near future go that way it cost to much to go na then switch to a blower cam. Contact vt engines and talk to scott he knows his stuff.

So, when people say cams are just "drop in", what does that mean?? Are they fairly easy? Is it like a pushrod, where you need to "degree" the cam?? How tough exactly are they?

I love the sound of your car, man!! SO MEAN!!!

Man your car sounds really good. I myself just bought a pair of FoxLake Stage 2 Heads and Comp Cam's (XE270AH) and BBK Shorty Equal-Length Headers. It's sitting at Dallas Mustang about to have everything installed all next week. Mine should be pretty loud also i hope. I guess the VT Stage 2 Cam's and the Cam's i just bought are almost the same. I hope to run some low 12's after doing all of my work.
2002 Mustang GT Mod's:

TrickFlow Intake
70mm ThrottleBody
DenseChager CAI
Pro-M 85mm MassAir
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
3.73 Gears(about to switch to 4.10's)
MAC FlowPath Mufflers
Pypes Off Road X-Pipe
New Addition:
BBK Shorty Equal Length Headers
FoxLake Stage 2 Ported Heads
Comp Cam's (XE270AH)
Predator Programmer/Dyno Tuned at Dallas Mustang
Pro 5.0 Shifter
Ebiach 2" Lowering Springs
Nitto Drag Radials

The Truth is i ran the car after i bought it in Feb. and all it had on it was a X-Pipe and Stock Mufflers and everything else was stock on the whole car.I ran a 13.8 almost a 13.7 spinning my ass off, with the drag radials and haven't run it since even after putting on all of the other bolton's.I'm just wondering what it will run after all the work i've done to it now?

sounds good like a nice set up. I dont have much work done to my car. My best was a 13.5 with radials but i got thrown off the pedal (wasnt ready and it hooked harder then i thought it was (4k launch)). Car should have ran probely a 13.3. With the cams i'm looking at 12.9s

Hey man i saw were some guy had just about the same setup that you have.He had the Comp Cam's (XE270AH) installed and thats all. He ran a 12.9 at 106mph so you should run just right around that. Question: Do you think i should go with 4.30 gears or the get the 4.10's? Just let me know something.
