Walk Me Thru Gear Swap

Deciding to take the plunge and ditch my 3.08s and getting 3.73's or maybe 4.10's. Talk me into which one I should get (I'm thinking 3.73's) I'll order them next weekend.. I've done lots of engine work, but not a whole lot axle wise honestly. I sorta know the general steps I'll be doing, but I don't have a lot of knowledge with gear swaps. I know it's a lot to ask, but could someone I suppose let me know step by step what I'll be doing with maybe some helpful tips..? I would greatly appreciate this for ya'll's help!
