Want to build streetable svo!?!

I do know that my 84 came with forged internals but I want to upgrade because I already smoked the crap out of a #4 piston while racing an LT1 camaro(won the race but smoked the motor-7,000rpm). This car is only a toy to me and I'm justlooking to get as much power as I can but still have streetablility (reliable and durable) and possibly running on pump gas (91octane). Money really isn't an issue even though it'll be a couple of months or so to finish the car. I'm really interested in the turbo four performance, I was hooked when I first drove the svo. I have some knowledge about the turbo fours(rebuilt two motors-non-hypercreutic pistons; ) but I don't know ny good combinations to achieve my goal,I also have a shop tune the car for me. I am considering a 100+octane car if the power numbers are to low for the 91octane car. So any info you guys can give me that would be awesome, and no,money is NOT an issue(still at home)
