first off let me fill you in on the recent events that led to the rebuild of my second love next to my girl. two weeks ago on a sunday morning at about 12:30am i was screwin around on the highway with a buddy of mine. well i was doinn 100mph when i hit some black ice... the rear end of the car pitched to the passenger side, i got it to swing back to the drivers side just in time to sideswipe the concrete divider with the entire drivers side of the car. i freaked out for a couple reasons.... one was i wrecked my daily driver, teh second was i had a suspended liscense and i was worried about the cops showin up. to make a long story short, i ended up in handcuffs that morning withnumerous misdemeanor charges. so no i have no license and no car for the time being. i took some pictures of the car before i started taking it apart and during the dismantle process. to my suprise, hitting the concrete wall at 100 mph didnt really mess up my car all that muck. the most expensive thing that needs fixing is two new rims. heres some pics. let me know what you think.

front rim:

rear tire:

minor body damage:

broken hub and rotor: {i think thats suppose to be one peice. lol}

not to bad for a 100mph wreck:

since i cant drive for a while im taking this opportunity to fix her up and tweak the motor and suspension. im looking at tossing in a fat cam, roller lifters and rockers, a bbk ssi intake w/ 75mm throttle body, full lenght headers instad of my shorties, no cats{i have ways around smog checks } and single chamber flowmasters that dump.

dont really know what id like for suspension yet. still pondering that one. while im in the process of all of this the paint will be stripped a stalker frontb bumper, one piece projector lights and a sick ass paint job. jet black with black ghosted racing stripes. sick let me know what you all think.

Cliff notes:
ragging out car at unsafe speeds.

losses control and wrecks.

gets in trouble with the law cause he has no license

wants advice on how to build his car. and still admits to doing unlawfull things with emmisions.

EPIC FAIL

Hopefully this is a lesson learned.....but seeing as you obviously did something else stupid in the past to lose your license, I am not optimistic.

Good luck, glad you came out of it all right.

going 100mph on roads where it's wet and potential ice? You're lucky you didn't kill yourself dude. I can't believe I'm saying this, but maybe you should think about buying something with a little less power, like a honda civic.

First of all, wrecking your 5.0 is as cliche as taking a date to pizza and a movie, so that's bad.

Second, the last thing you should do after wrecking your car with a suspended license is reward yourself by making the car faster.

You need to slow down, and make your priorities straight. If you already got into enough trouble to get your license suspended, and then go ahead and drive at over 100mph on the freeway and wreck you car, than the only advice people should be giving you is get your **** together before you make another mistake to hurt yourself or others.

live and learn

You are lucky to be alive.

You may want to take a minute and think about how different your life would be if you had lost an arm or a leg in that accident.

SLOW THE **** DOWN.

Im not taking sides here, but every one of you guys have had your stangs to 100 mph or more at one time or another on the road way. If you say otherwize your lying to us and yourself.

Yeah, and while Im not condoning it, years ago I had my stang to 6000 rpms in 4th with 3:55's in it. It was 3:00 am on the highway with no one in sight. I just couldnt help myself.

Live and learn.

Hey, this isnt tech!

perhaps. but also never on ice, never crashed it, had a drivers license, never anyone around, and didn't post about it on the internet looking for advice at how to crash at higher speeds next time..... epic fail.

and this won't be in tech much longer, so some of you can start subtracting from the post counts you may think are adding up...

Did you do it with ice on the road and a suspended license?

Wow. I dont even know what to say.

You may just be one of the biggest morons in the world. Darwin almost got you this time, next time its gonna happen for sure. Its been nice knowing ya.

Next time I suggest doing 100mph in the snow on windy roads next to cliffs.

thank you just4bob, i realize i did somestupid stuff, but you are totally right. you dont even have to be in a mustang or a fast car for that sake. there are alot of people that say "hey, lets hit 100mph real quick" s**t happens and we learn from it.

as for the comments from everyone else i also thank you for that as well. we all need a good critisizing every now and then.

I can honestly say my stang has never been over about 72mph, and that was only one time on the highway, only country roads and town, in the sun, no rain or ice for my baby. As for runnin a 100 mph, that is dumb but is done alot by some people, I went for a ride with a buddy of mine yesterday and he decided to run around 75 in a 50 and we totaled the car out, I am fine this time other than my knee feels like its about to pop out of its socket when I step, and a knot on the side of my head, no more speeding for me, what sucks is it wasnt even his car, he borowed it about an hour earlier. We left the road at 70 or so and went straight into a 30 foot drop of a ditch and up the other side and then through about 5 or 6 trees. STOP SPEEDING
